PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATE COLUMN IS THE AMOUNT INCURRED FOR ROOM WITHOUT FEEDING, WHILE DEPOSIT COLUMN COVERS FOR ROOM & FEEDING.

* Rates are applicable for single occupancy or with a child of not above 12 years of age.

* All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioner, Flat Screen colored TV, Minibar, 24 hrs with WiFi speed Internet Service
* For non-guaranteed reservations, a deposit of 100% of the room rate will be required upon arrival plus additional 25% nite deposit for extras
* Check-out time is 12.00noon while check-in 2pm. Late departure until 6pm will be charged 50% of applicable room rate.
* All reserved rooms will be held until 18.00 hours subject to availability, unless a one-night deposit is received.
* All above rates are exclusive of 5% VAT and 10% service charge
